I try to go the extra mile when someone joins my Scentsy team, and I try to make it fun in the process. The name of my team probably says it all really, Team Party Girls & Guys! We love to party Scentsy style, and we love to have a great time.
Some of the things I do to help support my teammates are I make myself available to them by hosting a closed group facebook page and I send out a monthly group newsletter. Our group Facebook page is a place where we can support one another and share valuable information. We are free to ask questions about products or get selling ideas from one another anytime we need them. I also send out a monthly newsletter with a motivational message each month, I offer my team incentives for doing great work, and there I recognize their promotions, birthdays and scentiversarys. (you know, your Scentsy anniversary :) It is a lot of fun!
Anyways, I guess the point is that when you join Scentsy you are never alone, you have people around you supporting you, encouraging you to succeed in your business, and one of those people is always going to me. I love what I do and I love helping other people find joy in doing the same thing.
