Scentsy Selling Tip: Create a Group Facebook Page for Your VIP Customers


Having a Facebook business page for your business is important, but Facebook limits who sees your posts, which can be frustrating for you and your customers. By creating a "group" you are ensuring that your customers see your posts. I invite all my customers that have purchased from me to join my VIP page. I personally invite them either in person when I'm receiving an order or delivering an order, or via text message or message on Facebook Messenger. Personal invites help them feel like they are special and valued. And make sure they know it's an EXCLUSIVE group! Once the group is set up and you have invited your customers, make a plan on how/when/what you will post. Customers like seeing you and hearing about you just as much, if not more, than about your business. Post encouraging quotes, pictures of you working your Scentsy business, what you like to do in your spare time, etc. Posting a variety of pictures and not just business posts shows off authenticity which is an important element in having a successful business.
