The word RECRUITING gets a bad reputation. Some say its scary, and pushy. Recruiting can be looked at in a negative way, but in my experience it's all about the deliverance. I encourage you to write down three reasons your Scentsy business blesses your life. Maybe it's that you meet new people, or that you get to share the gift of fragrance and memories with others, or maybe it's that it increased your monthly income so that you can do something extra you enjoy. Any reason you have is a good reason!
After you've written down your reasons keep them somewhere you can read them often and refer back to them. Then the next time someone asks you why you decided to join Scentsy, you can tell them exactly why it could bless their lives too.
People want genuine. People want real. People want sincerity. When you put those 3 qualities into your deliverance (whether it be talking to a friend on the phone, or posting it to your social media) people will listen, they will ask questions, and you will see a shift from recruiting being scary, to recruiting being a positive experience that can bless the lives of others.
