Scentsy Selling Tip: Be Authentic


I've been pondering this word a lot lately, authentic, as I work my business and try to decide what makes me, me, and what makes customers want to be MY loyal customer. I've always tried to have great customer service and one thing I continually do is send personal thank you notes to each person that purchases product from me. In my notes not only do I thank them for their recent purchase, but I find a way to put a personal touch in the note.

For example, one of my new customers had mentioned she was so excited to try a car bar in her new car so when I sent her thank you card I mentioned how I looked forward to hearing how she liked the car bar smell in her new car. She sent me a text later that week saying she loved her car bar and we exchanged texts for a few minutes before saying goodbye.

I love meeting new people and making new friends and this business lets me do that every day. I challenge you to think of something that makes you, you, and decide what you want to give your customers that makes them want to come back and purchase from you. I'll leave you with this quote that goes along perfectly with my thoughts on being authentic. "If you are your authentic self you have no competition" (author unknown). It is so true! Be YOU! Because you are great!
