Our business tip this month is: Step Outside Of Your Comfort Zone To Grow Your Business. Have you ever heard of the phrase, "There is no growing in a comfort zone, and no comfort in a growing zone?" It is SO TRUE! I want you to ask yourself what holds you back from growing your business? Maybe it's that you get uncomfortable talking to strangers, or maybe it's that you have a fear of a friend rejecting you if you ask them to host a party for you. We all have fears and doubts that hold us back from doing things.

The great thing about Scentsy is they anticipate what they call these "objections" and they provide support through their training center. They give different strategies to overcome objections and how to handle them when you get them (and we all know we get them). Every Scentsy Consultant has access to this and many other trainings designed to help them be the very best they can be.

I know from personal experience that as we step outside of our comfort zone, great things can happen! We prove to ourselves that we can do hard things and we reach out to others in a way we wouldn't have if we stayed in our comfort zone.
